Pan Seared Chicken

Boneless breast of chicken pan seared with mushrooms, shallots, and julienne ham, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, and a sherried cream sauce 

Short Rib

Boneless braised short ribs of beef with diced onions, celery and carrots finished with a
rich tomato demi-glace 

New Bedford Cod

Slow roasted New Bedford cod fillets topped with olive oil, herbs, parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumb topping finished with a lemon tarragon Beurre Blanc 

Vegetarian Entrée

Diced plant-based chicken with diced onions, celery and carrots in a vegetarian style sauce
