Our signature event, the WISE Women of Blair County Tribute Dinner, recognizes and honors Blair County women who have demonstrated excellence and significant leadership in their roles in our community in the following categories:
ARTS & LETTERS Contributes significantly to the culinary, literary, performing, or visual arts in either a paid OR volunteer capacity. |

EDUCATION
Works in a formal education setting and demonstrates exceptional leadership or innovation. |
NON-PROFIT/GOVERNMENT
Works in a non-profit organization OR in a governmental/political environment and demonstrates visionary leadership for the betterment of the community. |
RISING STAR
Provides self-initiated community service that has both significant and positive impact. (Honoree may be no older than 25 years of age as of April 15, 2026) |
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT
Has exemplified, during her lifetime or the span of her career, the mission of WISE Women “to empower women and to encourage acceptance and inclusion of all through collaboration, service and education.”

Pan Seared Chicken
Boneless breast of chicken pan seared with mushrooms, shallots, and julienne ham, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, and a sherried cream sauce |
Short Rib
Boneless braised short ribs of beef with diced onions, celery and carrots finished with a rich tomato demi-glace |
New Bedford Cod
Slow roasted New Bedford cod fillets topped with olive oil, herbs, parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumb topping finished with a lemon tarragon Beurre Blanc |
Vegetarian Entrée
Diced plant-based chicken with diced onions, celery and carrots in a vegetarian style sauce |
All meals are accompanied by Asiago whipped potatoes, baby green beans, and julienned carrots.
