The mission of WISE Women of Blair County is to empower women and eliminate racism through collaboration, service, and education.

Scholarships provide support to women continuing their education in order to provide a better life for themselves. Our grants benefit local Blair County non-profit organizations which provide services and programs that help women and children. Our annual Tribute event celebrates women that have been nominated by their peers for making a difference in the community.
